building, mental health, goal setting and life skills.
Community Connections -
Linking individuals to community resources through 2-1-1—a hotline service that
connects you to the support you need. Also,
Aging and Disability Resources of Colorado (ADRC), health insurance coverage
and food assistance program for older individuals.
Parenting Support -
Encouraging strong parent and child relationships by helping families focus on
emotional. physical and behavioral development through in-home services, peer
connection, and group support.
Housing - Hilltop works
on a broad range of housing program activities that include homelessness
prevention, rapid rehousing, street outreach and systems improvement to effect
change in our communities. These programs serve individuals and families
experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of homelessness and provide
support, resource referral and financial assistance to stay in or find
permanent housing.
Therapeutic Services - Counseling
for individuals, youth and families; peer support, case management, Balanced
Rock Community School for teens, and therapeutic support groups.
