With the New Year comes new ways to grow and connect. Starting in January 2026, Volunteer Services will be hosting a monthly get together for volunteers. We are excited to gather alongside you, share a breakfast snack, and learn something new together. With these ends in mind, we are launching Perks with Purpose.

9:15 am - 9:45am - Languages of Appreciation - With Thanksgiving upon us, Sara Aviles, Hilltop’s Employee Experience Coordinator, will share a training on understanding our languages of appreciation. This training will not only help you communicate your own language of appreciation but will help to enhance your contributions here at Hilltop as you better understand the participants you serve.
9:45 - 10:00 - Ask questions of our speaker
10:00 - 10:30 - Socialize with other volunteers, grab another snack, ask questions of our speaker, help us build our volunteer community!
