Who We Are

Hilltop’s Support Services and Property Services

Property Services and Support Services are the operational entities that work behind the scenes to support the many programs Hilltop offers.  These services include Maintenance, landscaping, transportation, environmental services, purchasing and IT, as well as People Operations, finance, marketing, communications, and philanthropy.  These teams are crucial in ensuring our safety, operational efficiency, financial stability, and visibility to our participants, residents, staff, volunteers, neighbors, and community partners.

What We Do

Marketing and Development

Hilltop’s Marketing and Development Team provides Hilltop’s commination and outreach internally within the organization and externally to the public.  Marketing develops strategies and designs informational and promotional materials to spread the word about programs, services, and organization mission while building relationships with people! Development cultivates connection in our community through sponsorships, capital campaigns, donor relations, special events and philanthropic endeavors. 

Property Services, including Environmental Services, Landscaping, Maintenance, Transportation and Purchasing, are the daily operations, upkeep, safety, and security of Hilltop residents, participants, employees, properties, vehicles, and our neighbors. Responsibilities include cleaning of our offices, upkeep of landscaping, lawns and gardens, and snow removal at our residential communities, as well as maintenance of vehicles and equipment. 

PeopleOps 

Hilltop’s People Ops department is a progressive expansion of a traditional Human Resources department.  Intentional focus is put on the Hilltopper’s extraordinary journey so they can create positive and memorable experiences for the residents and participants we serve. From the everyday HR essentials like recruiting, compliance, benefits, and employee relations to organizing wellness events, inclusivity groups, and opportunities for learning and volunteering, everything is driven by Hilltop’s mission and values.

Information Technology (IT) 

Hilltop's IT Department supports and manages all of Hilltop's computer software, networks, and equipment.  Think of us as the tech wizards behind the curtain, making sure that all of Hilltop's technology stays up and running.  Focus is spent on making sure that devices are working, the network and internet stay connected, and applications are available when people need them.  IT’s job is to help integrate technology to make every Hilltopper's job easier, keep our data safe, and troubleshoot problems when they happen.
