Join our Casino Night team and help serve up foods and beverages to residents throughout the building. Walk through the first-floor common areas with premade appetizers, socialize with residents and community members.
Basic Requirements:
- Completion of volunteer application and interview.
- Successful completion of appropriate screenings including Hilltop Residential criminal background check without CAPS or MVR, TB test, and annual flu shot.
- Completes program orientation and position specific training. (Approximately two hours)
- Minimum age requirement of 21
- Ability to lift, push or pull 25 lbs
- Must wear name badge Positive attitude.
- Dependable and responsible.
- Maintain resident and family confidentiality.
- Ability to be nonjudgmental and empathetic.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Completes and submits volunteer hours monthly.
- Abide by all Hilltop policies/procedures and Code of Conduct.
Key Responsibilities
- Volunteers will work with the kitchen team to help serve appetizers and beverages to the residents attending Casino Night.
- Volunteers will assist with supporting the games being played as well as provide social support and encourage engagement among the residents.
