On Saturday, April 4th, the Commons and Fountains of Hilltop will be hosting their annual community easter egg hunt and festivities. This year's Easter Egg-stravaganza could use your support!
Basic Requirements:
- Completion of volunteer application and interview.
- Successful completion of appropriate screenings including Hilltop Residential criminal background check without CAPS or MVR, TB test, and annual flu shot.
- Completes program orientation and position specific training. (Approximately two hours)
- Minimum age requirement of 16
- Ability to lift, push or pull 25 lbs
- Must wear name badge
- Positive attitude.
- Dependable and responsible.
- Maintain resident and family confidentiality.
- Ability to be nonjudgmental and empathetic.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Completes and submits volunteer hours monthly.
- Abide by all Hilltop policies/procedures and Code of Conduct.
Key Responsibilities
Volunteers who would like to assist with this event will be signing up as part of the crew to assist the Life Enrichment teams at the Commons and the Fountains with executing the event. Volunteers may be assigned to help with
- Food service
- Egg management
- Decorating
- Participant support
- Resident support
- Set-up
- Clean-up
- Other duties as assigned
