On May 23, 2026, the Fountains will be hosting a celebration so JUCO's opening day. They will be celebrating with food, friends, fun, and of course baseball. Volunteer support is needed to help bring it all together.
Basic Requirements:
- Completion of volunteer application and interview.
- Successful completion of appropriate screenings including Hilltop Residential criminal background check without CAPS or MVR, TB test, and annual flu shot.
- Completes program orientation and position specific training. (Approximately two hours)
- Minimum age requirement of 21
- Ability to lift, push or pull 25 lbs
- Must wear name badge Positive attitude.
- Dependable and responsible.
- Maintain resident and family confidentiality.
- Ability to be nonjudgmental and empathetic.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Completes and submits volunteer hours monthly.
- Abide by all Hilltop policies/procedures and Code of Conduct.
Key Responsibilities
Volunteers may be asked to help with any of the following:
- food service
- decorating
- set up or take down
- socializing
- crafts or other similar activities
- ushering
