This is an exciting position that will support our dynamic Marketing and Development teams. Opportunities include creating and editing copy for donor communications and program brochures, researching and developing impact stories for newsletters, annual reports, grants and more.
Hilltop volunteers are required to undergo background checks, fulfill medical requirements and attend volunteer services and program orientation sessions.
Basic Requirements:
- Completion of volunteer application and interview.
- Successful completion of appropriate screenings for position.
- Completes program orientation and position specific training.
- Ability to function as part of a team
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 20 lbs.
- Dependable and responsible. ü Good organizational and communication skills.
- Abide by all Hilltop policies/procedures and Code of Conduct.
- Must be at least 12 years of age with parent or age 16 to volunteer independently.
Performance Responsibility:
- Dress Code: Comfortable clothes and shoes appropriate for event type.
- Maintains open communication with other team members, reporting all concerns to supervisor.
- Volunteer time commitment varies depending on projects.
- Notifies supervisor if not able to make scheduled shift.
